His Software Engineering Career Path.
Way before he became a CEO of two companies, Akila is an adventurous explorer who started his life of software engineering career in Tech Forum Computer College 2015/2016 under Sir Patrick. who graduated in 2017.
It was more like a fun to him that he does his learning and programming as fun and competition until 2017 he started using his skills for real life problem solving the the tech world where he worked with Touch-up Cafe. He was working under Madam Nkiru and staying with her at the same time. He wakes up early as 5:00am to work and closes 11:00pm where he developed migraine for the stress given to his brain in a non stopping regular basis 24/7 that held him down for years but he still managed it, devote his time to work with Touch up Cafe and not telling anyone about it, only goes home and roll on the floor every evening wailing for the pains coasting through the nerves in his brain, he was afraid of sharing his problems with even his own brothers, the only thing they knows about him was his zeal towards God and his Career.
His work ended from Touch-up Cafe when he was fired after he took permission from Nkiru to attend a Christ Embassy program, but his manager was not happy about it and created a convincing allegation to their boss against him, which even after getting fired, he knew not why he was fired until the next morning when his brother was telling him what they said he did, but Madam Nkiru was a woman with the heart of Nebuchadnezzar whose anger cannot be revoked until they accomplished what they are sent for. When he returned from attending Pastor Benny Hinn program held by Christ Embassy where they hosted Pastor Benny Hinn of the Good Morning Holy Spirit in Eagle square at mid night around 1:00am, he was not allowed to enter through the gate into the house anymore, and was helped by one of the guards and a shop worker in a corner shop to sleep in the barber's shop where he use to barb and the next morning he packed and left.
Aquila Left Lokogoma to start staying with his uncle in Area 11 since 2018 where his career starts becoming life and could put food on the table for him. he started working with SFY Engineering and Supply when Nkiru wanted him back but he refused to return back, then left SFY still because the place did not favour him and to LightHouse Innovations, and then to the British American Business School this time as their Database Administrator in 2022 to 2023, Now his works are being loved by everyone. No one works with Akila and ever wanted to work with another person again.
Sometimes it's more like, Do not try him, becuase if you try working with Akila, you will never want to work with anyone else than Akila, and sometimes it feels like he outshining everyone including his master and he was hiding his skills from people that he may not outshine his master. Even the British American Business School employed him on a basis of this merit when he was asked to design a flyer for their effulgence and first time he created a stunning flyer that changed the story of their engagements ROI accross Facebook and Instragram, Television and Radio.
Until 2023 again where he made a colosal mistake this time, started dating an under aged girl in the school where he claimed the girl didn't appeared to be under aged to him and trully she was looking a bit older than her said aged. And ended up getting fired again. It seems like whatever he does, he put more passion into it and most times leads him into trouble with people around.
As a result of getting fired for chasing after Adachukwu, he return back to Area 11 where he worked with Salolo Global Nigeria Ltd in Wuse II and that was when his plan for Hypatom Web Services which he started since may 2023 was completed. This time, the British American Business School's Chancellor called him back to reconcile due to the negative effect of his absence caused them. All the students in the ICT Department believe in him and loved him. Over 90% of the ICT students withdraw from the school when Akila was fired, but he knew that his absence was going to affect the school though, and he apologized and begged not to be fired like the way he was fired overnight without warning or notice and he was still fired without even being told what he did wrong, it was a gossip around that he heard about himself that made him know the actual reason he was fired, He forgave the school and returned to help them but never accepted to work full time making them fully know that he has no intention ruining the school name, for he was in love and couldn't help it. And he later stopped working for the British American Business School and he resigned from Salolo to start Hypatom Web Services LTD September, 2024 when he started his new life, and they broke up with Adachukwu and began a new relationship with his fiancee Divine Mmachukwu Esom.
Akila now started getting jobs for people around him because everyone want to work with Akila. Offers comes to him from everywhere, the Immigration and also FCDA ICT department wanted him to work for them as their permanent staff but he turned down the offer because it was not going to allow him have enough time to build Hypatom. But instead of turning all offers down, he prefer to give the offers to people around him looking for jobs.
For this, his life towards getting people jobs began to become complicated and he created a platform to help him to that. and now people go to www.soarrar.com to post jobs for remote freelancers, remote works and even on site workers who need temporary or permanent employments.
